Custom Orders

No Returns: Because custom pieces are tailored specifically to your measurements or preferences, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Alterations: If your custom item doesn't fit perfectly, don't worry! We offer alteration services to make adjustments to the piece.

Important Conditions for Returns & Alterations

Shipping & Customs Fees: The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item or sending it back for alterations.

Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during cross-border shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded.
