How do I choose the right size?
To ensure a perfect fit, we need three main measurements:
- Bust circumference;
- Underbust circumference;
- Waist (at the narrowest point)
We also ask for your usual bra size when you place an order.
Additionally, to determine the correct cup size, we need to know your breast arc length (the curve/contour measurement of the breast).
What is the "cinching margin" and how do I account for it?
Our corsets have a built-in tightening/cinching factor (usually 4 to 6 cm, depending on the model). We recommend choosing a size that leaves a small gap for adjusting the lacing. If you are hesitant between two sizes, please message us — we will help you choose the right one to ensure the corset isn't too large.
Do you offer custom tailoring based on my measurements?
Yes, we can customize any model to fit your individual measurements if our standard size chart doesn't work for you. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss the details.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What kind of boning do you use in your corsets?
We use durable plastic boning that provides excellent support while maintaining comfort.
How do I care for my corset and machine-embroidered items?
Corsets must never be machine washed. We only recommend professional dry cleaning, gentle hand washing, or spot cleaning with a damp cloth.
Ironing and steaming should be done very carefully from the reverse (inside) side at low temperatures, using a protective pressing cloth.

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
All of our pieces are designed, crafted, and shipped from our studio in Lviv, Ukraine.
Shipping within Ukraine: Via Nova Poshta (1–3 days).
International shipping: Via Ukrposhta, DHL, FedEx, Nova Poshta Global, or UPS. Delivery usually takes 5 to 21 business days, depending on the destination country.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may apply in their destination country.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through secure systems integrated into our website (including PayPal, Wise, and Shopify Payments), as well as direct bank transfers for local orders in Ukraine
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel your order or change its details (such as size or color) within 24 hours of payment, before the garment goes into the cutting and sewing process.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Standard models that do not fit or have any quality issues can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original commercial condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
